WEIGHT LOSS WEDNESDAYS?

I posed the question on twitter if anyone would be interested in me documenting my journey towards a healthier lifestyle while losing weight in the process. I did get a yes, but I wanted to ask the question here to see what you guys think…

Every week it will be something different. From things I’ve been doing as far as work outs, meals, and maybe even sharing some of your stories. I have not figured everything out with this series, but I would love to hear your thoughts.

What do you think of “Weight Loss Wednesdays”? Would any of you be interested in sharing tips or advice or even your story on your journey to a healthy life?!

I think it would be a wonderful series for you to write, helping you stay focused and dedicated to your goals. My goal is to exercise more, so far spotty, I know if I put a series out there that I had to report my process in I'd be more likely to not put it off! Janell

I would love to follow you on your weight loss journey. I need some inspiration and motivation, myself. I'm having a breast reduction in 2 weeks. Once I'm healed, I'm hitting it hard.

I would love to read your inspiration, tips, recipes, etc.

I'd be interested! My family (me, hubby & inlaws) are doing our own "biggest loser" competition. The individual who loses the biggest percentage of their starting weight will win $500 - talk about motivation!

This sounds like a great idea! I definitely could use some motivation when it comes to getting to the gym, and I love hearing people's personal stories on how they stay healthy!

What a great way to motivate you and US! We have been in "healthy" mode for a little over month.
